endSessionDialog: Recognize scheduled updates in the Power Off dialog

The Power Off dialog should show a checkbox to install (or not) a scheduled
update, but I missed it in my previous https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/merge_requests/4185
